Welcome

Welcome to Plankton and Policy!

I’m an associate professor in marine conservation at Plymouth University, a Defra Systems Research Fellow, and a NERC Knowledge Exchange Fellow. I also lead  Plymouth University’s Plankton and Policy Research Team.

The Plankton and Policy Team focuses on applying and implementing marine conservation policy in the UK and Europe, with a focus on planktonic systems. At Plankton and Policy you can learn about our ecological research, outreach activitiespolicy work, and my KE Fellowship activities. To learn about our work at the science and policy interface, check out our blog and my Twitter feed. Knowledge Exchange is all about engaging and interacting, so please connect with us!
